RAJEEV SHUKLA MAY GO TO ATTEND ICC MEETING

IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla may go to attend ICC meeting in Dubai on February  4 and 5 as his name may be submitted along with those of teasurer Anirudh Chaudhary and joint secretary Amitabh Chowdhury to the supreme court as possible representatives of Board of Control for Cricket Council in India. Early there  were two names only i.e  Anirudh Chaudhary and  Amitabh Chowdhury but later it was concern that giving two names could lead to complications if Supreme court turned down one of candidates. The supreme court have asked three names to represent BCCI at the meet. BCCI official would meet on Saturday to discuss the name and finalise it on Sunday. Both Anirudh Chaudhary and  Amitabh Chowdhury is finale as they know BCCI’S stand on revenue sharing from the ICC’s income . under this circumstances these two are the choice.  The board had failed to meet the SC deadliune of submitting names because of republic day holiday on Thursday. Monday is the last date for submitting undertaking of officials who will take charge of BCCI posts. As per the order of the Supreme court, the interim president , secretary and treasuer will have to give in writing their intentions to implement the Lodha Committee’s reforms,
